Breathe Marketing was engaged following a strategic review of the business, as there was a requirement to conduct some market research in order to better inform Footers’ ambitious growth plans. Using the insights gained from the market research, the company was rebranded (from Footersville to Footers), the sales team was re-invigorated with the appointment of a sales consultant, the website and all the marketing materials were redeveloped, and new marketing activities like email marketing and having a social media presence were established. The rebranding activities were timed perfectly with a relocation to larger purpose-built premises, at which point media coverage was gained as the opening of the state-of-the-art new facility represented a significant milestone in the company’s history in South Australia.
Since then, Breathe Marketing was engaged as the company’s outsourced marketing department until the business was sold in 2021, running email campaigns and social media, creating additional marketing material, organising advertising opportunities and even running a LinkedIn training session for their team.
