Breathe Marketing was referred to Kid Sense Child Development in early 2016 to write a Marketing Plan. The Plan detailed how Kid Sense would achieve significant growth and support expansion plans detailed in their Strategic Plan.
Having identified all the sales and marketing activities that needed to take place, Breathe Marketing took on the role of Kid Sense’s marketing department, delivering on all aspects of their Marketing Plan, and supporting the internal clinical and practice management team. The focus of their activities was based on lead generation and enquiry conversion, to achieve an 85% clinical capacity utilisation. This was predominantly achieved by creating an online/offline integrated strategic communications strategy. Initial work included redeveloping the website, Search Engine Marketing, supporting professional development workshops and loyalty marketing.
Other areas of assistance included advertising, redeveloping promotional materials, detailed competitor research, redeveloping the customer feedback system, providing social media guidance, and setting up a monthly marketing dashboard so all activities can be measured.
