The State Opera of South Australia engaged Breathe Marketing to conduct a comprehensive marketing audit and develop recommendations to strengthen its marketing activities. The resulting strategy provided a clear marketing blueprint, identifying practical opportunities to increase audience engagement and support future growth.

Following the audit, Breathe Marketing was engaged to implement key recommendations, including the redevelopment of the organisation’s website and the management of a major market research project. We wrote all website content, managed the redevelopment in partnership with Avenue De Saxe, and delivered the project within a five-week timeframe.

The market research, conducted in collaboration with Square Holes, provided valuable insights into existing audiences while identifying opportunities to attract new and broader audiences. The findings helped inform the State Opera’s future marketing and audience development strategies.
