The Work

Breathe Marketing was initially asked to carry out a piece of market research for URPS, which involved talking to their key clients, previous clients and stakeholders. The company then rebranded and created a new tagline – based on the outcomes of this research. Branding work continued and a newsletter template was designed, along with content for the first edition.

As part of a longer-term relationship, other marketing work then included the creation of fully automated templates; facilitating a strategic marketing planning day; assisting with the production of a marketing plan and subsequent action plans; and two bi-annual customer feedback surveys carried out via telephone interviews.

The Client

URPS is a firm of urban and regional planners. They are one of the most well-respected planning firms in Adelaide and continue to expand their team and grow their service offerings which include natural resources management; strategic policy development and climate change adaptation planning.
