That plan resulted in a number of actions, the first of which was a review of their advertising spend that resulted in huge savings with no impact on the number of enquiries generated. Online marketing now accounts for the bulk of their lead generation, made possible by a website redevelopment, search engine optimisation, Pay Per Click advertising and full social media marketing.
As their outsourced marketing resource, other work provided by Breathe Marketing has included rewriting and redesigning all of their promotional material including an 80-page product catalogue; creating and running an annual customer feedback survey; putting internal procedures in place such as tracking the source of new enquiries; and co-ordinating lead generation campaigns.
