<p>After a substantial upgrade to their mill on the Eyre Peninsula, Cummins Milling was ready to take their business to a whole new level.  A strategic marketing plan gave them the direction they were looking for, and identified some new markets including the actual contact details of prospective customers. As a result, the owner had everything he needed to start expanding his customer base interstate.  Breathe Marketing also re-invigorated the brand and produced new stationery, website, promotional materials and packaging (for over 30 flour products and nearly 50 stockfeed products).  We continue to support the owner in his prospecting and marketing activities.</p>

<p>This pre-cast concrete manufacturer of septic tanks, waste water treatment tanks, rainwater tanks and specialist concrete products, enlisted the help of Breathe Marketing in 2009 to produce a strategic marketing plan.  That plan resulted in a number of actions, the first of which was a review of their advertising spend that resulted in huge savings with no impact on the number of enquiries generated.  Online marketing now accounts for the bulk of their lead generation, made possible by a website redevelopment, search engine optimisation and Pay Per Click strategies.  As their outsourced marketing resource, other work provided from Breathe Marketing has included rewriting and redesigning all of their promotional material including a 80-page product catalogue; creating and running an annual customer feedback survey; putting internal procedures in place such as tracking the source of new enquiries; and co-ordinating a lead generation campaign aimed at new market sectors.</p>

<p>Breathe Marketing was commissioned to carry out a piece of market research in 2008 for this firm of planning consultants, which involved speaking to their key clients, previous clients and stakeholders.  The company then rebranded and created a new tagline – based on the outcomes of this research. Branding work continued and a newsletter template was designed, along with content for the first edition.  As part of an on-going relationship, other marketing work has included the creation of fully automated templates; facilitating a strategic marketing planning day; assistance with the production of a marketing plan and subsequent action plans; and a customer feedback survey carried out via telephone interviews.</p>

<p>Faced with an increasingly competitive industry and tough economic conditions, both impacting on the number of people needing home removal services, Advance Removals challenged Breathe Marketing to come up with a new online strategy that would capture the increasing number of people searching online. A full-scale redevelopment of the website focussed heavily on calls to action and data capture, as well as automating the process of creating an inventory. A clearer positioning strategy was also adopted, playing heavily on their role as a ‘removal broker’ rather than a removal company. Search engine optimisation strategies were then adopted, along with Pay Per Click campaigns in order to drive more visitors to the site and enquire. Research into additional markets has also been provided.</p></div>

<p>In 2008 Breathe Marketing carried out market research for this retailer of pools and spas.  This enabled much better informed marketing and advertising activities, including the creation of a brand new website to showcase their range of nearly 30 spas. As a regular ‘sounding board’, we have made further improvements to Splashdown’s marketing and advertising efforts, including further refining of the website to reflect different product ranges and changes within the company, and development of online marketing strategies.  Work continues on a new ecommerce site.</p></div>

<p>This not-for-profit childcare centre required a substantial overhaul of their website, to be a lot more appealing to prospective parents and stakeholders.  A high degree of personalisation was important in the website, which included much more engaging content and a copywriting style that evoked trust and friendliness.  The end result is much more reflective of life at this child care centre and the website can easily be updated and adapted in the future by their staff.</p></div>
